Copy data from excel and Paste in SAP

Hi Expert,

I have 3000 Document in column A, now i need to copy 18 (row 1 to 18) and paste in SAP screen and press enter, then again go to Excel copy further 18 data ( row 19 to 36) go to SAP screen and paste data and press enter, do this repeated activity till all 3000 document paste in SAP screen,

SAP is the accounting software which allow me to paste only 18 document no each time, i cannot use Range or cannot paste more than 18 document.

do we have solution on this, it take so much time to copy data and paste in SAP,

If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
