Copy data on Pivot table from sheet to another automatically

Hi All,

I have a pivot table on sheet 1 and would like to would like to add some information from the pivot table on sheet 2 . Also, If any information have been updated on any new row added on the pivot table on sheet 1 should be updated or added on sheet 2 automatically.

Below is an example for the scenario that i need :

This is the pivot table , i would like to copy the item name and ABC columns on ABC sheet to the other sheet named Smartsheet DB , and every new information added or modified on ABC sheet should be modified or added on Smartsheet DB sheet.

This is how i need the new sheet looks like .. i need it to take the item name and the ABC value also from the other sheet. Only these two specific columns :

I would like to know the best formula to write to get the data from the first sheet to the second one.
