in the past, I've used Copy Destination:=.....
and recently, I've found Copy After:=... and Copy Before:=...

Are there any other useful variations?

Excel Facts

What do {} around a formula in the formula bar mean?
{Formula} means the formula was entered using Ctrl+Shift+Enter signifying an old-style array formula.
The first refers to copying ranges, the latter two to copying worksheets. There is no crossover.

shg's point is that they are not the same Copy methods - i.e. they don't apply to the same things, so they are not simply different usages of Copy.
However, there is also:
Copy Toolbar:=, Before:=
for what it's worth.

By your definition of variation, yes.
