Having applied conditional formatting (=$B2="No") to a row that contains text, functions and data validation how can i copy the conditional formatting to the rest of the spreadsheet without copying the values in the cells from the original row?

Many thanks

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
Click in B2, click the Format Painter (paintbrush icon) then select the other cells that you want to format.
