when I copy my contents with formulas to another workbook it copies only contents. I want it to copy as formula too.

excel 2007 and I just doing copy and paste i.e. Control C and Control V.

So you are saying if you have the following:
Cell A1: 1
Cell A2: 2
Cell A3: =A1+A2
and you copy these three cells to another workbook, it pastes the value of "3" in cell A3 instead of =A1+A2. Is that correct?
I have Excel 2007 and cannot replicate that behavior. I wonder if there is some setting to change the default behavior of Control-V so that it does a "Paste Special Values" instead of "Paste".
What happens if you use Copy/Paste (from right click of the mouse)?
Does it exhibit the same behavior?
