copy from one cell to another workbook

I like to copy two different cells from a one excel file to another blank excel file. Both the flies are in a same folder. When this copy it should write paste the data into the next available blank cell. I need to use this macto for more than 200 files.

Your earliest reply will be greatly appreciated
