Copy from one ws to another

I am a beginner at VBA.
Does anyone know how to take a cells contents from one of 7 worksheets and copy and paste it to the first worksheet if a particular cell is empty?

What's the name of the worksheet which house the empty cell and the cell that you want to copy?

What's the range of the empty cell and the cell that you would like to copy.

What's the name of the destination worksheet and to what range should the copied value go?

I would like to take the sheet named for the day and if there is nothing entered in the fixed by column the problem column automatically copies the contents of that cell and onto a blank cell on the overview sheet

Thanks for the help!
