Copy highlighted cell

I am not sure if this is possible with the help of formula or macros.

There are 4 types of address: Address1, Address2, Address3 and Address4 (headers) in column A1, B1, C1 and D1 resp with 100s of rows.
If I highlight B2 with yellow, the value should copy paste in column E2
If I highlight D3 with yellow, the value should copy paste in column E3

Your help will be greatly appriciated.
