Copy inserted row to another sheet based on criteria

Hello,

I am trying to copy an inserted row in sheet A to another sheet B based on criteria.
If the selected row (recently inserted) is for "AIL" (column E "Who") then copy entire selected row and paste into the sheet "Actual_AIL" based on its Stream (column B).
Example: If I insert a row for stream "Knowledge Transfer" for "AIL"; clicking a Command button will copy the entire selected row and insert/paste it in the sheet "Actual_AIL" in the Stream "Knowledge Transfer"
Similarly for "LVI" (column E) and "LRA" the rows should be pasted in sheets "Actual_LVI" and "Actual_LRA" based on Streams (column B).

I tried a lot of things (see code in design mode), but I am not getting desired results.
