Is there a way in VBA to copy the left column of the current selected range, without losing the selected range or resetting it afterward?

Excel Facts

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
Crude sample...
Highlight (Select) a Main Range, say B4:C16; Run this Macro...

Code:
Sub CopySelectCol1()
Dim Col1 As Long
Set Rng = Selection.Columns(1)
Rng.Copy Destination:=Range("G4:G16")
End Sub
