i would need your help for creating a copying loop.

the data is as follows:

i would need to copy the data filled in data into all the empty data below
- there is a small exception, whenever ther is a PM value in the 3rd field, to leave it as it is and not copy the data from above

It's better you upload a sample file and show what is your input data and the output desired.
