Excel Facts

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
I do not quite understand what you need. Could you explain in more detail and maybe provide some examples and expected results?

ok,
Cell A3 is always typed in nothing I can do about that.
Column C always starting on C2 has 3 rows filled so I need A3 duplicated total 3 times.
Keep in mind that Starting in C2 i might have 1 row filled in or many, so the range in dynamic

This is a Good result, basically just duplicating A times the row count of column C
