When I copy and paste a format from one cell to several cells how to I get the formula in the condition formating to change to reflect the current cell it is in?

I.E. I have a conditional format =AND($R$4>0,$R$4+365< TODAY()) in cell R4 and I special paste the formating to R5:R32 how to I get the formula to change to =AND($R$5>0,$R$5+365< TODAY()), =AND($R$6>0,$R$6+365< TODAY()), etc...?

When I am pasting the format it shows $R$4 in all the cells rather than changing to the new cell.

Excel Facts

Difference between two dates
Secret function! Use =DATEDIF(A2,B2,"Y")&" years"&=DATEDIF(A2,B2,"YM")&" months"&=DATEDIF(A2,B2,"MD")&" days"
I am having the same problem of reference not changing when I copy and paste. It is just a simple AS19+as20>Bw19+BW20.

Any ideas?
