Hi...How do I copy and paste a row of numbers to another part of the excel spreadsheet or a new one if I want, in reverse order so that the numbers at the bottom of the column to the top will now be the numbers from top to bottom in a new column or spreadsheet? Thanks in advance for the help!! :)

Example..

Old Column A / New Column B

1....... 10
2......... 9
3......... 8
4......... 7
5........ 6
6 ......... 5
7 ........ 4
8 ........ 3
9 ........ 2
10........ 1

How to calculate loan payments in Excel?
Use the PMT function: =PMT(5%/12,60,-25000) is for a $25,000 loan, 5% annual interest, 60 month loan.

You can simply copy and paste column A into column B => highlight column B => right-click => sort largest to smallest=> "continue with current selection"

Hey Thanks BBB, I should of shown this analogy instead...I want to do the same here and keep the numbers in the same order so when I reverse the order from the bottom to the top they go 11 34 27 15 and so on, they stay in order. How can I do that? I don''t want to sort smallest to largest, I want to maintain the same order as the numbers are in just in reverse order. Thanks so much!!

In CellB2 Enter:
=OFFSET($A$23,-(ROW(A2)-1),0)
then autofill
