Copy & paste internally

Dear friends,

I have a couple of questions. I have a database with two tables. And I want to :


1. Paste several hundred records from a .csv file to table 1 and,

2. Copy certain fields with data and paste it with all the content to the table 2.


is it possible ? If yes then please advise with steps.

Do not use Copy and Paste to get csv data into Access, use Import. See: https://www.ip2location.com/how-to-import-csv-into-ms-access
If you only want to import certain parts, import the whole file into a temporary table, and then use Action Queries (like Append or Update queries) to update just the records you want.
Have a look at Access' built-in help files for details on Action Queries.
