i am unable to copy the larage data in filter mode. it gives me an error something as " the data is too large". Please help. If the data is small it happens but not large data. for e.g. 62500 rows or above. then I have to copy and paste it in bit.

What version of Excel are you using?
You will generally get much more help (and faster) in this forum if you can post your small samples (what you have and what you expect to achieve) directly in the forum.
