Copy Paste Multiple Times Macro

I'm new to writing complex macros in VBA. I have a template which has approximately 40 rows of data. I'd like to copy and past the data range multiple times directly below the original within the same tab.

I'd preferably like the macro to read from a list of cost centers on a separate tab and create a report for each cost center listed. The generated reports would appear one after another on a different tab.

Let me know if any of this doesn't make sense. I'm currently creating the reports manually and it's killing me....
