I have a named range called Staff_Names and need to copy that to the row just below the bottom of the same worksheet and maintain formatting. Any help would be appreciated.
Code:
    Application.ScreenUpdating = False
    Application.Goto Reference:="Staff_Names"
    ActiveCell.Rows("1:8").EntireRow.Select
    Selection.Copy
    Selection.End(xlUp).Select
    Selection.End(xlDown).Select
    ActiveCell.Offset(1, 0).Range("A1").Select
    ActiveSheet.Paste
    Application.CutCopyMode = False
    ActiveCell.Offset(0, 2).Range("A1").Select
    ActiveCell.FormulaR1C1 = "=R[-1]C+7"
    ActiveCell.Offset(0, 2).Range("A1:A8").Select
    Selection.ClearContents
    ActiveCell.Offset(0, -1).Range("A1:A8").Select
    Selection.ClearContents
    Application.ScreenUpdating = True
    ActiveCell.Select

Maybe something like
Code:
Sub MM1()
Dim lr As Long
lr = Cells(Rows.Count, "A").End(xlUp).Row
Application.ScreenUpdating = False
Range("Staff_Names").Copy
Range("A" & lr + 1).PasteSpecial xlPasteAll
Application.CutCopyMode = False
Application.ScreenUpdating = True
End Sub
