I have a table on Sheet1 with cell A2 is a date and values in B2:G2.
I'd like to copy Sheet1 B2.G2 to Sheet2 cell C2.
Wait 10 seconds, or wait for keystroke. (Maybe a Msgbox)
Then do the same for row 3
Copy Sheet1 B3:G3 to Sheet2 cell C2.
Etc. Until it reaches the last row of data on Sheet1.

Excel Facts

Lock one reference in a formula
Need 1 part of a formula to always point to the same range? use $ signs: $V$2:$Z$99 will always point to V2:Z99, even after copying
Give this a try with a copy of your workbook.

VBA Code:
Sub CopySlowly()
  Dim c As Range

  With Sheets("Sheet1")
    For Each c In .Range("B2", .Range("B" & Rows.Count).End(xlUp))
      c.Resize(, 6).Copy Destination:=Sheets("Sheet2").Range("C2")
      Application.Wait (Now + TimeValue("0:00:10"))
    Next c
  End With
End Sub
