Copy Set Range with variable results to another sheet Excel 2003

This should be simple , I have a command placed in a macro using a Do Loop construction right now.

I have a set Range of cells which will be populated or empty.
I need to copy only the populated cells so I can paste this data in the appropriate place in another sheet in the same workbook.

Any ideas on the coding?
