Hi all

Each week through a long proceedure, which is split(over 64K), I copy a formatted sheet called BLANK. It then becomes BLANK(2) and returns to BLANK when BLANK(2)is renamed. But no more!!!! Is there a limit to the number of times a sheet can be copied? If so is there a solution?

Excel Facts

Square and cube roots
The =SQRT(25) is a square root. For a cube root, use =125^(1/3). For a fourth root, use =625^(1/4).
What do you mean by 'It returns to blank' ? I seem to remember there was a bug in Excel 97 about copying a sheet, but, I think that also depends where are you copying it.

Each employee, of which there are 35, is issued with a Tax Card by the Inland Revenue. An individual weekly and annual record. This is updated in the long procedure and copied to a weekly summary of all employees on the blank sheet. At the end of the proceedure an input box asks for a date for the summary sheet which was named BLANK and BLANK2 reverts to BLANK for next week.
