How do I copy sheets automatically from one workbook to another every time I open the main workbook

Use the Workbook_Open event, code goes in the ThisWorkbook code module:

Example:

Private Sub Workbook_Open()
Sheets(1).Copy After:=Workbooks(2).Sheets(Workbooks(2).Sheets.Count)
End sub
