How do I go about copying one spreadsheet to another, and keeping the exact same formatting?

I "right clicked" the tab below and copied to another tab, and it did copy all the information, however, column widiths are not the same, etc.

What am I doing wrong?

Excel Facts

How to total the visible cells?
From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)
Go up to the upper left hand corner of the sheet you want to copy and click on the box at the top of the intersection of the Row and Column Headers. This will highlight your entire worksheet. Then go to the sheet you want to copy it to, go to cell A1, and paste. This should copy over everything, including formatting and column widths.

Thanks Joe4 -- actually, it's upper left to select entire spreadsheet. Just in case anyone else should read this and need to know.
