Ok the data can be any number of rows. I need to copy all rows open a file called "Under & Over Payments" and paste on the first free row. then close original file without saving, leaving "Under & Over Payments" open but saved.

Excel Facts

Create a Pivot Table on a Map
If your data has zip codes, postal codes, or city names, select the data and use Insert, 3D Map. (Found to right of chart icons).
Maybe like this

Code:
Sub cpy()
Dim wb1 As Workbook, wb2 As Workbook
Set wb1 = ActiveWorkbook
Set wb2 = Workbooks.Open("Under & Over Payments.xls")
wb1.Sheets("Sheet1").UsedRange.Copy Destination:=wb2.Sheets("Sheet1").Range("A" & Rows.Count).End(xlUp).Offset(1)
wb1.Close False
wb2.Save
End Sub
