How to create formula to copy some detail to new column.

Only what I do to copy to new column is B2 and C8,but when I next time change something in B2 and C8 I want to that two columns copy column below previous.
I know that I need to put =B2 and =C8 but how to avoid constantly typing of that.
I want to copy of that in columns B in columns H and C in columns I

Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
