Copy Values depending on Criteria to another worksheet

Hi,

I have a worksheet with a number of columns. I want to be able to copy certain columns based on the criteria of other column EX:

Excel Workbook
ABCDE
1CDS CustomerIDHealthProject StatusProject Name
Sheet1


I need a formula that would lookup if Column C is "RED", and take Column A-B values

I hope this is clear

Excel Facts

Repeat Last Command
Pressing F4 adds dollar signs when editing a formula. When not editing, F4 repeats last command.
Additonal Information: I need to copy the row that meet the criteria of Column C to another worksheet
