I need help with a VLookup Issue. When I copy a cell from one workbook to another, Vlookup return a #REF!. See below:

This is the formula in the cell I copy workbook Pricelist SLA.xls
=VLOOKUP(A313;Input!$C$63:$L$83;10;FALSE)

This is the formula when I paste it into workbook Pricelist2.xls
=VLOOKUP(#REF!;'[Pricelist SLA.xls]Input'!$C$63:$L$83;10;FALSE)

Is it possible to copy the cell without getting the #REF! error?

Excel Facts

Enter current date or time
Ctrl+: enters current time. Ctrl+; enters current date. Use Ctrl+: Ctrl+; Enter for current date & time.
One way is to edit the original formula to turn it into a text string, for example by inserting a single letter A at the beginning, then copy and paste it across, then edit the pasted version and delete the A to turn it back into a formula.

I am having the same pb. I have a formula..

=VLOOKUP($K$2:$K$4633,'Exp-Type'!$A$2:$D$260,2,FALSE)

This formula does not work while I try to copy and past my formula all the way down the column. Can somebody please help????

When I paste it, it gives me the same result all the way down. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

=VLOOKUP(K2,'Exp-Type'!$A$2:$D$260,2,FALSE)

Try putting that in the first cell, and then drag down.
