Hi Excelians...

I very badly need help with the VB code. Im trying to figure out a way to copy all the emails from outlook 2007/2010 to excel 2007/2010 (Inbox and the subfolders). Tried so many codes that are posted online by other experts but not able to get it work to copy subfolders. Any help would be greatly appreciated.:pray:

I have this following code which i've got it online written by a VB/Excel expert. With this code it is allowing me to pick a folder but not multiple selection. Is there any way that we can modify this, so that a user can select multiple folders from where we can export all the emails to excel.

Source Link to the VBA code : http://i.techrepublic.com.com/downloads/home/outlook_to_excel.zip

Attribute VB_Name = "Module4"

Dim strSheet As String
Dim strPath As String
Dim intRowCounter As Integer
Dim intColumnCounter As Integer
Dim msg As Outlook.MailItem
Dim nms As Outlook.NameSpace
Dim fld As Outlook.MAPIFolder
Dim itm As Object

strSheet = "OutlookItems.xls"
strPath = "C:\Examples\"
strSheet = strPath & strSheet

'Select export folder

Set wkb = appExcel.ActiveWorkbook

Set wkb = Nothing
Set wks = Nothing

End If
Set appExcel = Nothing
