Hi - I presently have 3 tabs with the same headings which represents three distinct regions in the business. The tab name is the only identifying feature and I have to add this when copying to the summary tab.

I now wish to set functionality so that all of the data feeds automatically into the Summary TAB (to save me selecting and then Copy + Pasting and ensuring I have added the Region name on after each action)

Can anyone help please?

Is the data in the same places on all 3 tabs? Can you upload an example of your workbook?

Thanks Chris - yes all tabs have same headings in the same columns. Standard column headings with data, ie numbers or text, no formulae within any of the tabs.

sorry I’m struggling to upload at present

Here is the easiest way to do this with Power Query which you can add to Excel if you are still using XL2010. It is standard on 2016 and later.

Thanks Alan - this appears only to Append data. It does not show how to add a Region Column before taking this action.

If you upload using XL2BB some sample data. A couple of tables each with 6-8 records. Then show your mocked up solution. Then perhaps I can present you with a PQ solution. Blank forms do not help us to help you. Make sure to show the Region and where that data comes from.

Thanks Alan - here is a copy of South tab with dummy data the summary tab would have a column headed Region
