Copying Data from Different Sheets into master list

Sorry, still trying to learn excel special functions and code.

I will try and explain this best I can.

I have 100 sheets in my workbook. Each sheet is for a specific piece of equipment and contains a different test item on each row. On each of these test item lines is a column with a drop box with a yes or no answer.

On the last sheet I want to take all the items with a no in the drop box and copy the entire row to a master list. Is this possible?

Is there anyway to just update the master list everytime you run the consolidating function instead of deleting and creating a new sheet. Everytime I update the consolidated list I lose all the references and formating that I have made to that sheet.
