Hi Excel Wizards,

I have 2 excel workbooks- workbooks 1 is linked with workbook 2. How do you automatically transfer data entered in workbook 1 onto workbook 2- preserving it format along with font/background color?

Excel Facts

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
Copy the sheets instead of the cells.

If you don't want the whole sheet, copy it anyway, and delete what you don't want.
