Copying files from one folder to another on the basis of list

Hello Everyone,
I am trying to move files from one share drive folder to another shared drive folder on the basis of a list. It is taking looootttt of time. If you can help me with a VBA code so that i will just put the list of files in excel and it could just copy the files and paste it in another desired folder.
