I am hoping this is actually pretty easy, but how do I copy all of the formulas in Column D5:60 and paste them in column E5:60 without changing the cell reference but being able to change the sheet reference. (This may be two different things)
ex. in D5 the formula is = Mon!G12 I want to put that formula into the next column H5 but I want to make it Inst!G12

Fastest way to copy a worksheet?
Hold down the Ctrl key while dragging tab for Sheet1 to the right. Excel will make a copy of the worksheet.
You can use Find and Replace tool to change only the part of the formula you need by highlighting cells which you need.

To stop the column changing in the cell reference when you copy use

=Mon!$G12
