I created "Indirect" Data Validation cells for simple lists. A list of plants, and a list of Auditors at each plant. I want to have the Auditors select what plant they are from and then select their name from the list for that plant. This works great, but when I copy this row into another row the "Indirect" cell reference does not index, so the "indirect" is still looking at the answer in the first row only. Can I get the cell reference within the "Indirect" to index with each row I copy so that I do not have to go in manually and change A2 to A3, then A2 to A4 and so on for every row I copy? Is there a better way?
