Okay Mr Excel people....

I am not an excel master... so i look forward to learning from you here.

So I have a large excel sheet with a multiple sets of data and a photo beside each set of data.

I need to copy the same part of from each set data, including the photo to another sheet which I can then print out. Thus leaving the original.

I know I can do a simple copy and paste, but when I update the original I need it to update the new version as well.

Any thoughts good people ?
Many thanks in advance :)

Excel Facts

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
You can copy and paste picture link ( the camera tool does the same thing ) ... does that help?

If you need help with the specific commands for this tell us all which version of Excel you are using.

Hi Glen,

I was trying to have the picture and excel contents copy straight across to a new sheet. I will try what you've suggested.

FYI thought I am using Excel 2004 on a MAC. Version 11.6.4

Many thanks for the reply though. Sorry for the delay my end !!

Si
