Copying one row to several worksheets

I need to copy the same row of date headings to the first blank row in multiple worksheets (about 120). The challenge is that each worksheet has a different (and growing) number of filled rows, so grouping the worksheets to do a mass copy would not work here.

Is a macro to copy into each worksheet individually the only way to accomplish this?

Thanks in advance.

Thanks for responding. I do need to place the copied row at the bottom of each worksheet. It serves as a header for the next one to three rows of variable data that get added to each sheet on a weekly basis.
