Excel Facts

Square and cube roots
The =SQRT(25) is a square root. For a cube root, use =125^(1/3). For a fourth root, use =625^(1/4).
No idea, that is too small to read. Please post your sample using XL2BB (see link in my signature below) not screen captures.
It would also be helpful if you told us what the formula should be doing (what you expect) rather than just showing us one that is not working.
