Corrupted excel file with password protection

Hi everyone!! Have an old excel 2003-2007 file which was been saved as a 365 file. It is now corrupted and cannot open. The file is password protected. I know the password. Tried to open but it says "This file is corrupted and cannot be opened". Any help on how to recover this file?
