Count color in column that represent name in same row

I'm not so sure if this is called sumproduct with color.

I just want to count the color in a column of AO that represent the name of task in column J in the same row.

The reason for this is so I can create graphs for each name of task from column J like
Road Repair
Footpath Repair
Kerb Repair etc

I wish I can attach a dummy workbook so I can explain
