I am endeavouring to have the result show the number of entries in every 6th row, ignoring BLANKS & FORMULAS THAT RETURN ZERO.
I have tried both these formulas, but have been unable to work out how to achieve both together.

=SUMPRODUCT(--(MOD(ROW(B$70:B$339)-ROW(B$70)+1,6)=1),--(B70:B339>0))

=SUMPRODUCT(--(MOD(ROW(D$70:D$339)-ROW(D$70)+1,6)=1),--(D70:D339<>""))

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
I would have included a mini sheet, but I have just upgraded hardware & software and although it has installed it the Mini Sheet button is greyed out.
If any one has any thoughts on this, I would appreciate your advice.
Dave.

What is =ROMAN(40) in Excel?
The Roman numeral for 40 is XL. Bill "MrExcel" Jelen's 40th book was called MrExcel XL.
Have you tried this:

Excel Formula:
=SUMPRODUCT(--(MOD(ROW(B$70:B$339)-ROW(B$70)+1,6)=1),--(B70:B339>0),--(D70:D339<>""))
