Excel Facts

Square and cube roots
The =SQRT(25) is a square root. For a cube root, use =125^(1/3). For a fourth root, use =625^(1/4).

If your version of 365 has the FILTER function try:

Or another option: =COUNTIFS($A$2:$A$7,"VEHICLES",$D$2:$D$7,"Q2";$E$2:$E$7,"Prior";$G$2:$G$7;"Acquisition")

Put sheet reference into the formula
=COUNTIFS(Sheet1!$A$2:$A$7,"VEHICLES",Sheet1!$D$2:$D$7,"Q2",Sheet1!$E$2:$E$7,"Prior",Sheet1!$G$2:$G$7,"Acquisition")
