Count formula across worksheets

hi,

I need to write a formula to perform the following task :

On my first sheet, column B is entitled password. On my second sheet of the same workbook, I need to perform a count of the number of times the password "bankalm" appears in column B of my first sheet. I need this cell to perform this action for the whole column, regardless of whether new information is added or not.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!!!
