Count formulae

Hi,

I have two columns data in which, first column shown which employee is coming in which shift and second column i have data as Yes or No.

I need to count of Yes in each shift. Below is the table.

ShiftYes/noShiftCount
3:30Yes17:30
17:30No19:30
19:30No20:30
17:30Yes21:30
19:30No22:30
