Not sure how to use count if for 2 criteria.

I have a list of items in Column C
Column D has the cost of the item

Need a count if to count how many items are above or equal a certain price eg. $10

eg. something like =countif(C2:C20,D2:D20,>=10)

I have a table below

starting in C50 so maybe a countif and
=countif(and(c2:c20,c50,D2:d20,>=10))

Did you know Excel offers Filter by Selection?
Add the AutoFilter icon to the Quick Access Toolbar. Select a cell containing Apple, click AutoFilter, and you will get all rows with Apple

As has been pointed out, by your description, you only have 1 criteria, not 2. The quantity of items over $10.

Hello, Is this do you need?

=sumproduct(--($c$2:$c$20=$c50),--($d$2:$d$20>=10))

If you have excel 2007 or later,

=countifs($c$2:$c$20,$c50,$d$2:$d$20,">=10")
