Hi Trying to fing a formula that will count using multiple criteria.( Excel 97)

I've got 2 column F2: & G365 which can contain values between 0-10. Need a formula which counts cells where values are between 4-7

Excel Facts

Repeat Last Command
Pressing F4 adds dollar signs when editing a formula. When not editing, F4 repeats last command.
Try...adjust ranges to suit
Excel Formula:
=COUNTIFS(F2:F365,">=4", BG2:G365,"<=7")

Another option
Excel Formula:
=SUMPRODUCT((F2:G365>=4)*(F2:G365<=7))
