count matches in 2 different ranges ignoring blanks

Hello,
How to count matches in 2 different ranges ignoring blanks.
Ranges = V26:V56 and B3:EU15
V26:V56 have on blanks.
B3:EU15 have blank cells and contain a formula.

I'm using SUMPRODUCT(Countif(range1, range2)). Its working and doesn't count blanks.

Thanks, but it's still not clear what your data looks like, and what results you are expecting?

At the moment, I can't even guess what you're trying to do.
