Hi there,

I am looking for some code that can record the count of clicks for example
If I select C2, then A1 = 1 then if a select b23, then A1 = 2

so for each selection the value of A1 increase by 1

Excel Facts

Can you sort left to right?
To sort left-to-right, use the Sort dialog box. Click Options. Choose "Sort left to right"
Try this: right click the sheet tab, select View Code and paste in

Code:
Private Sub Worksheet_SelectionChange(ByVal Target As Range)
Range("A1").Value = Range("A1").Value + 1
End Sub

Hi Vog,

is there away to do this by selection as well, meaning if I select a chart, picture, shape?

Sorry, I don't know any straightforward way (without assigning code to each object).
