Count of Text

I have a column of names and I want to do a count of the names

Example

HOSPITAL AND PREMISES
SUPERSTORE AND PREMISES
SUPERSTORE AND PREMISES
SUPERSTORE AND PREMISES
MOTORWAY SERVICE AREA AND PREMISES
SUPERSTORE AND PREMISES
RETAIL WAREHOUSE AND PREMISES
RETAIL WAREHOUSE AND PREMISES
OFFICES AND PREMISES

Results I want

OFFICES AND PREMISES = 1
HOSPITAL AND PREMISES = 1
SUPERSTORE AND PREMISES = 4
MOTORWAY SERVICE AREA AND PREMISES = 1
RETAIL WAREHOUSE AND PREMISES = 2

but the names of this list will change

I would recommend using Subtotals or a Pivot Table.
