Hello All,

I'm trying to count data on attached pivot using a named-range, but it's not working. Specifically, I'm trying to count any data that is labelled "text1" and those should count to be 32, it's not showing 32, but instead 41 count on pivot (See Picture). Any idea how to make this work?

How to change case of text in Excel?
Use =UPPER() for upper case, =LOWER() for lower case, and =PROPER() for proper case. PROPER won't capitalize second c in Mccartney
Your filter for Type is (All) not Text1
