Greetings all, I need some assistance with updating a form to show a record count.

I have a form that displays a listbox with names in it, along with a sub-form that displays a query linked to the name selected from that first list.

I need to add a text field (or something similar) on the main form that displays the number of null records from the sub-form.

Workdays for a market open Mon, Wed, Friday?
Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.
Hi Ken

I can't quite visualise what you are referring to, so can you elaborate on this? Is this a main form / sub form set up where you want to count the number of items from the main form where there are no records in the subform?

If so then this could be done using the DCount function in an unbound text box in your main form (in conjunction with another query that counts the 'sub' records for each 'main' record).
